Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To start a return, please contact us at cirrus@bamfairy.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Please note that for non-quality related returns (such as "change of mind" or "wrong size"), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues (Quality-Related) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at cirrus@bamfairy.com. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and cover the shipping costs to make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. For size exchanges, please contact our team to see if we can provide a special shipping discount for your new order.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as items used directly on skin/infant hygiene).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, original packaging).

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cirrus@bamfairy.com.
